SYMPTOMS

Error occurs when attempting to update your Mortgage Brain software



CAUSE

Some essential Mortgage Brain files have become corrupt



SOLUTION

To rectify this problem, reinstall the latest version of Mortgage Brain over the top of the existing installation.

Firstly click the below link to access our Mortgage Brain download page

Directly authorised users should use the Download Premier Edition link at the top of this webpage

Corporate Customers should look for their corporate logo, click the logo & follow prompts.

Save the Mortgage Brain setup file to your desktop & when prompted run the installation to install Mortgage Brain.

***Please note, during the installation process Mortgage Brain will ask if you want to make a backup of your existing installation. We always recommend allowing Mortgage Brain to make this backup to minimise the risk of data loss***
