Invalid Date of Birth

SYMPTOMS

This error appears in Broker Mortgage Sourcing usually when a broker tries to enter a DOB.

CAUSE

This error is usually due to the Regional Settings being set on anywhere other than English - United Kingdom.

RESOLUTION

To check your Regional settings, you need to click on: START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL

Once the Control Panel has loaded, please select REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS

In the REGIONAL OPTIONS tab, please ensure that the top box says ENGLISH UNITED KINGDOM and that in the location box, it says UNITED KINGDOM.

If it says anything else, chenge to English United Kingdom and then click on APPLY and OK.

If you find that the Regional Options are already set to English United Kingdom, you need to select any other option from the drop down menu, click on APPLY, and then change back to English - United Kingdom, click on Apply and then OK.

This should rectify your problem.
